My name is Mark Eichler. After decades of believing I was a healthy person but constantly struggling with IBS, losing battles with weight management, prediabetic symptoms, constant food noise, and in truth, obesity, I had my “aha moment” and immersed myself in Dr. Fuhrman’s teachings and successfully transformed my life. 

 
Likely at great annoyance to my family, I became a self-proclaimed “Nutritarian Diet expert” and embodied the Nutritarian Lifestyle. My transformation was fast. My wife says that my body somehow transformed overnight one night, and that she woke up beside a different man than the one she had fallen asleep beside. I lost a ton of weight, reversed my IBS and pre-diabetic conditions while successfully transitioning from a meat-eating, dairy and processed food-eating machine into exclusively eating a whole-food plant-based diet. 
 
I became a Certified Nutritarian Health Coach to share my wealth of knowledge and provide transformational solutions for people who are struggling just like I had. Because, after my transformation, as grateful as I was for Dr. Fuhrman, I found myself wishing I had known someone who could have coached me through the process—someone to show me the tips, the hacks, the dos, the don’ts and the nuances of optimizing your diet and lifestyle to maximize your results.
 
Make no mistake, the Nutritarian Diet and Lifestyle is nothing short of miraculous; I owe my freedom to Dr. Fuhrman, and his work has literally saved the lives of countless people. Dr. Fuhrman deserves a Nobel prize! However, entrenched as I was in my meat, dairy and processed food eating fallacy, my journey wasn’t easy, and successfully making the transformation is more than difficult for most people, which is where my experience and expertise are invaluable. A reality you’ll only truly appreciate once you’ve silenced the food noise, transformed your identity, and are blissfully living your ideal life.
